Gulf of Mexico Drive is the Key’s major north-south thoroughfare and two bridges will take you out to the island. The Ringling Causeway extends from Longboat Key to Lido Key/St. Armand’s and into downtown Sarasota. The north bridge connects Longboat Key to the Bradenton beaches.
